OBJECTIVE: 

Seasoned Toolmaker seeking a future in a challenging environment to further my skills as an individual and grow as part of a team. Focused on developing my experience in design and project management. Detail oriented and geared towards problem solving and implementing creative solutions. Well versed in most aspects of manufacturing, from customer relations to on-site installations.

EXPERIENCE:

20 years of job shop experience has allowed for skillset growth in accordance with diverse customer needs. Servicing industries such as automotive, medical, canning, defense, firearms, printing,  aerospace, and architectural. Familiar with a wide variety of materials including steels, aluminums, tungsten, armor plating, plastics, rubbers, glass, and ceramics.

Within these parameters, I have produced prototypes, general details, small run production, jigs and fixtures, special machines, and handling equipment. Some of which were produced to customer specifications. However many were a result of personal, on-site correspondence with companies and their employees to develop new and/or safer means of production. Many projects were researched, designed, drawn, revised, manufactured, and occasionally installed by me personally. Very comfortable working directly with customers and in conjunction with managerial and engineering departments at manufacturing facilities.
